Here at Idaho Next Steps Coaching, it is also includes education on how the job search process works in today's market, what recruiters are looking for, improving interviewing and salary negotiation skills, and more.
What is Career Coaching
Sessions are focused on you and your specific personal and professional background. No two clients are the same as their experiences, current responsibilities, and future preferences vary. Stephanie focuses on combining your background, education, expertise, and expectations to create a pathway and timeline that works specifically for you. Topics discussed during sessions are selected by the client and can include the following:
Assessments and Evaluations
Job Search Strategy and Action Plan
- Transitioning out of the military
Job Search Techniques (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, etc.)
How Many Sessions Do I Need?
The number of sessions depends on your goals. Idaho Next Steps Coaching provides services that are
flexible and easy to select per your specific needs. There is never any obligation, and we always offer a FREE 30-minute consultation to new clients.
Sessions are scheduled at the client's convenience. However, sessions are recommended bi-weekly or weekly to provide sufficient time and consistency to implement and explore the strategies discussed.
Sessions are 60 minutes and are held at a local coffee shop or remotely via Zoom.
We are passionate about helping our clients succeed by landing interviews and securing jobs.
Our Career Coaching sessions do not guarantee promotions, job placements, or interviews. We offer these sessions to enhance and improve your job searching strategies and goals.
