About Me
Stephanie Renk, MBA, CPCC, CPRW, CDCS
Founder, Career Coach & Resume Writer

I have always enjoyed helping others. I was lucky to start my professional career in 2009 when I joined Veterans Upward Bound, a program focused on assisting veterans prepare for a postsecondary program. In 2012, my husband and I moved to Boston, MA where I worked at UMass Medical School and Biogen. I became an Administrative Team Lead and I provided professional development opportunities, career planning, personal one-on-one training, goal setting, and more. For 10 years, I was also involved on the business-side of setting up job role postings, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees for various roles.

In 2018, after returning to Idaho, I founded Idaho Next Steps Coaching, endeavoring to provide the Treasure Valley community with resume writing services and career coaching opportunities. Since then, I have enjoyed working with clients from various industries and backgrounds to define their job searching goals and help them succeed in landing interviews and new roles.

To continue my education and to provide my clients with the most up-to-date information, I obtained the following certifications:
-
Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC)
-
Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW)
-
Certified Digital Career Strategist (CDCS)

I am also an active member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches (PARWCC), Idaho Career Development Association (IDCA), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) High Country Chapter.
I hold an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and a BBA in Business Management from Boise State University. I live in Meridian with my husband and son where we enjoy camping, snowboarding, learning to golf, traveling, and spending time with family. If I'm not outside, I'm reading a good book in a comfy chair.
